Add a button to quickly replay Pixel's Procedural Pathway without having to return to the main menu AND/OR allow it to be added to the same GP multiple times

This feature, but for any track. A full 16 race GP of the same track would be the ideal solution since then there could be podiums still, but even quickly re-running the same track would be a small step forward.
