Separate tilted streamers from the leaderboard for purposes of earning join emotes and custom marbles. Racing and tilting might as well be two totally different games and it would be nice for the top 3 streamers in each category to earn rewards. The system currently seems to be favoring tilters regardless of actual time played and number of marbles. People who enjoy racing don't necessarily enjoy watching tilts, and vice-versa.
