This could be based on the highest level a player ever gotten.. or as multi-layer, for how often they got in the top 50?

in center of the marble it will say: "Level" and underneath it, the highest level that person ever gotten in their tilt history.

This will create MANY versions of the same skin. All unique in their own way.
